What Are The Four Parts of Medicare?- Part A Helps pay for inpatient hospital stays but also helps cover skilled nursing care, home health care, and hospice.
- Part B helps cover medically necessary services like doctors' visits and outpatient care. Part B also covers some preventative services, including shots and screenig tests, diagnostic tests, varied therapies, and some durable medical equipment like walkers and wheelchairs.
- Part C is another way to get Medicare Benefits. It combines Parts A and B, and sometimes Part D (Rx coverage).
- Part D helps pay for outpatient Rx drugs.
